Chef’s Choice

Sushi Sasabune

“Trust Me” is the tag line of Sushi Sasabune, presided over by Seiji Kumagawa, affectionately known as the Sushi Nazi. Why? Choose a table and order a la carte, or sit at the bar, where chef Kumagawa will feed you omakase-style — serving course after course of whatever he wishes, telling you what it is and how to eat it. Choose the latter for an exquisite culinary experience, which can range from yellow fin tuna sashimi to sea urchin to baked Maryland crab. Reservations strongly recommended.
