What has changed Debra Messing’s life?

Must Try

By Jeryl Brunner
What a fabulous fall it has been for Debra Messing!
She and her Will & Grace costars Megan Mullally, Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes have returned to reprise their infamous roles as Grace, Karen, Will and Jack in the blockbuster NBC series. If that’s not enough, this past October she was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“I wanted to feel as authentic and beautiful as possible,” she said about the legendary ceremony.
To that end, she discovered CoolSculpting, the fat-freezing procedure that reduces fat without surgery.
“It isn’t about changing wholesale who you are. You can love and accept yourself and still have a little pooch from having a baby that won’t go away,” says Messing. In fact, she’s seen CoolSculpting as a game changer.
“All the messages that we get are, unless we’re a size 0, we are not attractive or sexy or whatever the adjective you want to give it,” she explains. “CoolSculpting isn’t about making you a size 0.”
In fact, she shares that she no longer needs a body smoother anymore: “It’s very liberating. I smoothed my body enough that need something to makes me feel like I am a sausage walking around.”
