Chef Yoshi Yamada at Tempo restaurant brings his meticulous talent to this spacious gem in Mayfair. Every item on the menu is prepared fresh daily, with warm breads served with a dish of olive oil that is generously refilled. Start with the marinated artichoke salad in a pillow of burrata Puglies, a super-soft mozzarella that melts like butter to the taste. Imported daily, Puglies doesn’t get better than this. The Risotto with shrimp, white wine, and lemon zest is a favorite, as is the Branzino, sea bass with grapefruit and fennel. The upstairs bar serves light dishes daily and a private room can be rented for small functions.
