Better With Age

Perry’s on Union Street is celebrating its 40th birthday in 2009 (a second location on the Embarcadero having opened in August 2008). At its heart, it’s a classic American restaurant with burgers and draft beer, as well as a brunch menu, where a traditional vegetable frittata sits alongside a tofu scramble. It also wouldn’t be a San Francisco institution without Napa Valley wine on the menu.
