Singing Reigns

Redhead Piano Bar

Play dress-up before taking to the lounge-like Redhead Piano Bar, a local favorite for singing the blues (and jazz, rock, and pop, too) without the aid of a Karaoke machine. Management insists on a strict dress code (even the doorman wears a tux) in this old school-style haven where dog-eared sheet music, glam movie star head shots, and dozens of Playbills line the walls. Favorites are belted out to the accompaniment of a piano-playing maestro-of-the-evening (a new person every night), and there’s a back section for those who want to stay slightly away from the musical fray.
