Looking to stretch your legs and get back to nature with the kids? Town Lake Metropolitan Park, where the walking and biking trails are plentiful, all 10-miles’ worth, places you pleasantly along the banks of the Colorado River. Plenty of sites are here to see, like Shady Grove, great for refueling, and a statue of Stevie Ray Vaughn, a landmark worth catching. Note: We find Austinites very friendly, so if you need help finding your way, just ask and ye shall receive their best advise.
