For a couple of years, popular eatery North has been conjuring up a carte that changes with every new and exciting culinary discovery. Still, it’s the fig and prosciutto pizza that keeps many customers coming back, not surprising given the memorable marriage of sweet (the fig) and salty (the prosciutto) with the added enhancement of dairy (a good dose of goat cheese). What is surprising is that although this dish is popular, it is no longer on the menu. Still, newcomers need not worry: Just ask and you shall receive the dynamic aforementioned North-born pizza, no questions asked.
